Note: All of our audio products are created on a
system running Windows® XP and are recommended to be used on a IBM compatible PC
running Windows® 98 or higher. Macintosh® computers are not supported! The above
CD files are created in .mp3 format. For software products,
please visit the individual websites for specific requirements for each
software
package.
Broadcast Product Licensing
You can broadcast on the Internet, radio, TV, or videos, any material on the
CD without any royalties. You can use the material on the CD to mix with
your own recordings, but you cannot sell the final recording for
profit with the EveningStorm Broadcast content included, unless you have a
reproduction license. You cannot copy an exact image of either the entire CD
or individual tracks and reproduce them for profit or mass production,
unless you have a reproduction license to do so. See general

For Broadcasters
The shows archived on this CD are rated
as adult comedy with minimal profanity for daytime broadcast use. However, it is
the customers/broadcasters responsibility to review material prior to
broadcasting on a public medium. It is also the responsibility of the
broadcaster to comply with all FCC regulations.

Summary
You
